Key deliverables
- Built 7 complete modules from scratch (HR, Transport, Transparency, Help Desk and others) in .NET 9, EF Core and SQL Server, structured in 4 layers following Clean Architecture to ensure sustainable maintenance and evolution.
- Optimized API response time from seconds to milliseconds with an async upload pipeline to Synology NAS, including an automatic retry queue on failure.
- Set up the entire deploy infrastructure from scratch: Ubuntu server with Docker, Nginx and CI/CD pipeline via GitHub Actions — eliminating manual publishes and automating every code update.
- Ensured full traceability and security by integrating corporate login via LDAP/Identity, JWT authentication and automatic audit logging across the database.
- Developed real-time features: a worker for daily fuel price collection via web scraping (ANP), plus instant chat and notifications with SignalR and Server-Sent Events (SSE).
